The Key Players in my life (names have all been changed to prevent nosy googlers)

Chasha- Me

Best Friends

Rob- My brother from another mother if ever I had one. I cannot concieve of a time before Rob was in my life. And I didn't even meet him until college.

Ken- The yang to Rob's yin. Ken can have his mood swings, but is a loyal friend who will give the most honest feedback in the world.

Wendy- The closest I have in this world to a sister. We lived together for a year and survived to tell about it.

Rachel- One of the strongest and bravest people I've ever met. I will miss her terribly when she moves overseas.

Nahuel- I've only known him a year but have a comfort level I rarely achieve with anybody. And this is despite a language barrier and thousands of miles.

Hannah- The person here I've become closest to that I met since moving back to Arizona. Our friendship has some ups and downs, but I love her too much to hold grudges. And now she's with Pete, which let's face it is weird any way you look at it.

Jackie- I don't have the heart to move her down from this category. She moved away two years ago and keeping in touch is a bit of a struggle.

Pete- Yes, that Pete.

Family

Dad- my male parent. I have learned to navigate the crazy and have forged an intellectual and somewhat healthy adult relationship with him. It only took about 32 years.

Quarters- My brother. Quarters was his screen name back in the day when he was on this site, so for simplicity's sake I'm not going to change it.

Cindi- my stepmom, who doubles as needed as either big sister or mother. She's all kinds of fabulous.

Nana- my paternal grandmother

Of course I have a variety of aunts, uncles, cousins and such who have played roles of more importance in other times. Should anyone figure prominently, I'll put them in here.

The Regulars (people who are not related to me and don't quite make the Best Friend cut, but are a large part of my life)

Brian- Id personified. We have similar senses of humor and he's somebody I can always count on for a laugh. Deep down he's a nice person. Really deep down.

Keith- Keith is a really interesting person. He was studious and didn't really come up for air until his mid-twenties. But he does all he can to experience everything life has to offer.

Kelli- Kelli is from New York. She has a heart of gold and is all kinds of fun, but she's really really from New York.

Farrah- Farrah is a woman who takes initiative and Makes Things Happen. She can be counted on to create the fun.

Jada- Jada is kind of an odd duck. She can be a bit naive. She is now coupled with Keith, thanks to my mad cupid skillz.

Libby- Libby is part of my college crowd, but lives several hours away. She proves that you can be both an engineer and an dizzy blonde at the same time.

Candace- Candace was my colleague and ally throughout two years of workplace insanity.
